Bio
Cathy is in her third year of teaching at Racine Lutheran High School. She currently teaches English and Speech, Spanish I, Spanish III, and Spanish IV. Although she teaches different classes, she enjoys the variety in her day. Cathy continually looks for ways to input new ideas and lessons into her teaching. Cathy graduated from Concordia University-Wisconsin in May 2009 with certification in English, Spanish, and English as a Second Language (ESL). Cathy is originally from Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, and still spends many weekends going back home to visit friends and family. Cathy enjoys going to the gym, running, and doing Zumba. She is certified to teach Zumba, though she just continues taking classes for now. Cathy recently completed her second half-marathon. She may not be fast, but she enjoys the thrill of the race. When not at the gym or school, Cathy can be found rooting for the Milwaukee Brewers and Wisconsin Badgers!
