History & Archives
Crusader athletics began in 1947 with the organization of a baseball and boys basketball team. Girls' sports (volleyball, basketball, and softball) were added in 1974. Racine Lutheran was a member of the Wisconsin Independent Schools Athletic Association (WISAA) from 1950 to 2000, becoming a member of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) in 2000. The Crusaders have been a member of the Midwest Preps (1950-1983) and Midwest Classic Conference (1983-Present).
