Dear Parents and Students,

Due to the Winter Storm Warning, the following events are cancelled:

Friday – December 16:

All after-school practices and sporting events.

Saturday – December 17:
Detention  – rescheduled for January 7.
Boys JV, JV2 and Varsity Basketball Game vs. Saint Thomas More High School.
Cheerleading Competition was cancelled for tomorrow and potentially rescheduled for Jan 8th.

Racine Lutheran High School to celebrate 1,000th basketball victory

Racine Lutheran High School invites all fans and former basketball players to celebrate the program’s milestone of 1,000 victories. The 1,000th win was earned on Dec. 6 when the Crusaders faced Lake Country Lutheran.

On Wednesday, Dec. 21, the school will formally celebrate this accomplishment at 7 p.m., prior to the start of the boys basketball game in the gymnasium. Commemorative t-shirts will be provided to fans, while supplies last. Former players and coaches who were part of the teams that contributed to the 1,000 victories are encouraged to attend and be recognized.

The Milwaukee Bucks recently hosted a Student Leadership Day for more than 400 students from high schools and middle schools in Wisconsin. Representatives from the RLHS Student Council and National Honor Society (pictured) participated in the program, which has a goal to encourage and develop student leaders.

RLHS Cheerleading Alumni Invited to Perform at Basketball Game

Racine Lutheran High School invites all former cheerleaders to participate in a halftime performance during the inaugural Alumni Cheerleading Basketball game on Tuesday, Jan. 31, at 7:15 p.m.  Alumni members of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to come and share the Sader spirit!

Participants will receive a complimentary event t-shirt, admission to the game and post-game refreshments. Registration is required by Jan. 20.
