Claire Rosenberg, Racine Lutheran

The Racine Lutheran softball team is on a roll and Claire Rosenberg is right in the middle of it.

The senior had big performances in both of the Crusaders’ victories last week, giving them five victories in their last six games.

Last Thursday, Rosenberg pitched a four-hitter in a 12-1 Metro Classic Conference victory over Kenosha St. Joseph. At the plate, she went 2 for 3 with two doubles.

May 9, Rosenberg showed some power, hitting a three-run home run in a 16-1 nonconference victory over Kenosha Christian Life. She pitched a three-hitter with six strikeouts.
